PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy describes the accepted payment methods, billing process, and payment security measures applicable to all purchases and subscriptions made through the Artech Global website and software platform (“Services”).

By purchasing or subscribing to the Services, you agree to this Payment Policy in addition to Artech’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Artech accepts the following payment methods, subject to availability by region and subscription plan:

  1. Credit and Debit Cards

    • Visa

    • MasterCard

    • American Express

    • Other major card networks supported by our payment processors

  2. Online Payment Gateways

    • Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe or equivalent)

  3. Business / Enterprise Payments

    • Invoicing and bank transfer may be supported for enterprise customers upon written agreement with Artech.

Artech does not accept cash or checks for online subscriptions.

2. Subscription Billing & Payment Process

  1. Advance Billing

    • Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, annual, or otherwise specified).

  2. Automatic Recurring Payments

    • By subscribing, you authorize Artech or its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

  3. Billing Information Accuracy

    • You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and payment information.

    • Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful payments or service interruption.

  4. Taxes & Fees

    • Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or government charges unless stated otherwise.

    • You are responsible for all applicable taxes related to your subscription.

3. Payment Confirmation & Invoices

  1. Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation via email or within your account dashboard.

  2. Invoices and billing history may be accessed through your account, subject to your subscription plan.

  3. For enterprise customers, invoices may be issued according to agreed payment terms.

4. Failed Payments & Service Suspension

  1. If a payment attempt fails, Artech may:

    • Retry the charge automatically, and/or

    • Notify you to update your payment information.

  2. If payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable period:

    • Access to the Services may be temporarily suspended.

  3. Artech reserves the right to terminate accounts for prolonged non-payment.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

  2. Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for unused portions of the billing period.

  3. Any promotional trials, discounts, or refunds are governed by their specific terms.

6. Payment Security

Artech takes payment security seriously and implements industry-standard safeguards, including:

  1. Third-Party Secure Payment Processing

    • All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers.

    • Artech does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

  2. Encryption

    • Payment data is encrypted in transit using secure encryption protocols (e.g., TLS).

  3. Access Controls

    • Access to billing and payment information is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  4. Monitoring & Fraud Prevention

    • Transactions may be monitored to detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use a valid payment method authorized for your use

  • Ensure sufficient funds or credit availability

  • Notify Artech immediately of any unauthorized or suspicious billing activity

Artech is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your payment method outside of Artech’s systems.

8. Changes to Pricing & Payment Terms

  1. Artech reserves the right to update pricing, billing methods, or payment terms from time to time.

  2. Any changes will take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise required by law.

  3. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Payment Policy.
